What kind of beans are you sending? Are they the same every month?

We closely follow the harvest cycles of coffee growing regions around the world, to select the highest quality beans from sustainable farms. We small-batch roast your coffee to perfection & deliver right to your doorstep within 24 hours of roasting in Dallas.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed on 5th day of the month in order to receive coffee of the month.

When will my coffee ship?

We roast our coffees on second Sunday of every month and ship 24 hours after roasting in our local roastry in Dallas, Texas.

Is shipping included?

Shipping is only included for coffee subscription customers. All other merchandise (a la carte), have a flat, per-shipment shipping charge of $7.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However if we are in the middle of processing a shipment for you, then you’ll be able to cancel once that shipment leaves our roaster.

Is your coffee certified fair trade?

Yes, our coffee is certified fair trade. We only purchase coffee from sustainable farms who embrace ethical practices.
